We are preparing to celebrate the ministry of our Diocese, remembering and giving thanks to the Lord for the ministry of Bishop Keith Andrews and Gail and celebrating the ministry of Bishop-elect Phil Ashey and Julie and his consecration as our Third Bishop. For the celebration, we are focusing on the weekend of March 28 and 29, 2025 and are making preparations for the Bishop’s Celebration Dinner on Friday night, 6:00pm at AV Irvine, 16500 Scientific Way, Irvine, CA92618, and the Consecration Service and Reception, 10:00am at Presbyterian Church of the Master, 26051 Marguerite Pkwy, Mission Viejo, CA 92692.

We want everyone to be present, if at all possible, and to give an opportunity to financially support this Celebration Weekend. If you are able to make an offering, we are deeply grateful and we promise that funds received will be put toward direct costs of the Celebration Weekend.

  • Archbishop's Table Host

    $5,000

    INCLUDES

    2 tickets for yourself and 1 guest that you may bring and

    * the partial cost of 6 tickets for the archbishop and bishops and their wives who will be seated at your table.

    * Two bottles of wine to share with your table

    As an incentive, IRS tax guidelines establish the tax-deductible amount at $4,850.

  • Bishops' Table Host

    $2,500

    INCLUDES

    * 2 tickets for yourself and 1 guest that you may bring and

    * the partial cost of 6 tickets for Guest Bishops and their wives who will be seated at your table.

    * Two bottles of wine to share with your table

    As an incentive, IRS tax guidelines establish the tax-deductible amount at $2,350.

  • Table Patron

    $2,500

    INCLUDES

    *8 tickets for yourself and up to 7 guests of your choice who will be seated at your table.

    *Two bottles of wine to share with your table

    As an incentive, IRS tax guidelines establish the tax-deductible amount at $1,900

  • Table Host

    $1,500

    INCLUDES:

    * 4 tickets for yourself and up to 3 guests of your choice who will be seated at your table

    * the partial cost of 4 others who will be seated with you at your table

    * Two bottles of wine to share with your table

  • Single Attendee

    $75

    A place at the table and your choice of menu items.

    Each guest, from age three to adult, needs their own ticket.

Celebration Freewill Offering

We want everyone to be present, if at all possible, and to give an opportunity to financially support this Celebration Weekend through a freewill offering over and above the registration fees, either by writing a check payable to the Diocese of Western Anglicans with ‘Celebration Weekend’ in the memo line and mailed to 346 Termino Ave, Long Beach, CA 90814, or by using the form below.

Space is limited for both the Friday Evening Celebration Dinner and the Consecration

  2. Space for seating on Saturday morning at the Consecration is first come, first served

  3. Parking is also limited, so please carpool to both events
