Holy Spirit Anglican, San Diego Partners with San Diego Rescue Mission

Holy Spirit Anglican Church has begun a new ministry partnership with the San Diego Rescue Mission (SDRM) whose mission is to lovingly address the needs of men, women and children experiencing homelessness by sharing the Good News of Salvation and providing a holistic approach to rehabilitation and recovery. We are in the process of seeing in what ways we can serve alongside those both on staff at SDRM as well as those being served by SDRM. We recently hosted a 'Blessing Bags Assembly' event during our weekly post-worship fellowship time. At this event the church family gathered to assemble bags full of items which would help protect someone living on the street from the elements (especially the sun). These bags are to be given out at the SDRM's upcoming Easter Meal.
