The constraints we faced due to COVID-19 meant that we held an online, ZOOM meeting rather than meeting together.. 

One advantage of having the meeting online is that it was both broadcast live and recorded. Those who missed the meeting and who wish to hear the Bishop's State of the Dioces and his vision for 2021 can still do so!
